I've rented here since August, and for the most part have been satisfied. I like how the studio apartments here aren't just one big room but have different areas for the kitchen, closet, bathroom, etc. The rent for a studio off of 3935 W Diversey is also very affordable, especially for a college student. The place of the building is very convenient, with a VERY nice grocery store across the street and bus stops just down the sidewalk.

This building is located in a very wealthy neighborhood within Lincoln Park, where the population dense with young families and professionals. This building is full of antique charm and detailed woodwork. Updated kitchen and baths have been a great addition as well. The apartments have hardwood real floors and nice tile throughout.Overall, this building is well kept, quiet, safe, and well managed.

Local by laramar (Chicago) is one of those property management companies you never hear about because they actually show up for every responsibility they take on. Consistently the folks in the office have been helpful, understanding, accommodating and the maintenance has been quick, clean, and painless.
